Inauguration of the New Pons Mill: Biotechnology as the driving force behind the quality of PONS oils.

The event, which took place on the evening of Friday, the 22nd of September, represents a milestone in the search for sustainable and technologically advanced solutions in the production of olive oil, through the latest advances in biotechnology. A project that is accompanied by data that guaranties a future full of possibilities and success.

The inauguration of the new Pons Mill took place at its facilities in L’Albagés, in the south of Lleida.

The presentation and introduction to the speeches was brilliantly led by Mr. Santi Roig, and the speakers, which included prominent figures such as:
– Mr. Ignasi Iglesias – Technical Director of AGROMILORA GRUP.
– Mr. Giorgio MORI – General Manager of MORI TEM.
– Mr. Carmel Mòdol – Food Secretary of the Department of Climate Action, Food and Agenda.
– Mr. Eduard Pons – CEO of Pons.
They shared their perspectives on the revolutionary impact of the new mill on the olive oil industry and the territory of the region.
After the speeches, the attendees witnessed an impressive technological spectacle that demonstrated the advanced technology of the new mill, which highlighted the advanced technology implemented in the new mill. This dazzling presentation left all those present amazed by the innovations that Pons has brought to olive oil production, both in terms of quality and innovation.
