The servers that host our website can automatically detect users’ IP addresses and domain names.

IMAGES
The Data Controller reserves the right to use the images of participants taken during activities, excursions and guided tours arranged by the company.
If you register for any activities, excursions or guided tours, we inform you that photographs will be taken at the activity and may be published. You also agree the images may be shared, distributed and used worldwide in any medium (Internet, advertising, etc.) and without any time limit. Registered attendees expressly grant the organisation the right to reproduce their image. You authorise the publication of images taken at the activity.
The right to one’s own image is recognised in Article 18.1 of the Spanish Constitution and is regulated by Spanish Law 1/1982 of 5 May 1982 on the right to honour, to personal and family privacy and to one’s own image (Ley de protección civil del derecho al honor, a la intimidad personal y familiar y a la propia imagen). You hereby give the Data Controller consent to take images of you, in the form of either still images or video footage, in which you are clearly identifiable. The capture of your image (or video footage thereof) by the Data Controller or the company to which it delegates this task will be limited to the scope of the activities, excursions or guided tours. Your image may be published in traditional media, social media, websites, etc.

To fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, we need to give certain entities of the Pons Group and third parties who support us in the provision of our services (Data Processors) access to your personal data, namely:

USER RIGHTS
Users have the right to:
- Request access to their personal data being processed and receive this information in writing by the requested means.
