INGREDIENTES

 175 g Glass bread
 300 g Black Chocolate 79%
 8 g Maldon salt


ELABORACIÓN

Cut the bread in the shape you like best, ideally in 4 cm slices, which makes it easier to eat.

In a saucepan, put enough water to put the bowl on top and make a bain-marie or double boiler,

Once the water is hot, put the chocolate inside to melt.

Once the chocolate is well melted, with the help of a spoon or directly by putting the toast into the melted chocolate and spread generously.

Present on the plate of your choice, in a very simple way.

Place the toast well spread on the plate, sprinkle the salt on top and finally, a good splash of our oil, which will give it the desired strength and flavor.
