The new mill symbolises the commitment to technological innovation, with a guarantee of the production of unique and high-quality traditional products, a commitment to sustainable, social and economic development and a strengthening of our territory.
The inauguration of the new Pons Mill took place at its facilities in L’Albagés, in the south of Lleida.
Highlights of the programme included speeches from industry leaders, an impressive technological show and a gourmet cocktail party.
The presentation and introduction to the speeches was brilliantly led by Mr. Santi Roig, and the speakers, which included prominent figures such as:

– Mr. Carmel Mòdol – Food Secretary of the Department of Climate Action, Food and Agenda.

They shared their perspectives on the revolutionary impact of the new mill on the olive oil industry and the territory of the region.
After the speeches, the attendees witnessed an impressive technological spectacle that demonstrated the advanced technology of the new mill, which highlighted the advanced technology implemented in the new mill.
